End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Furry Walking mobile application, website, and related services (“Furry Walking”, “the App”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Furry Walking is operated by Bobcode s.r.o., Tolstého 5, 811 06 Bratislava - Staré Mesto, Slovakia. You can contact us at info@furrywalking.com.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Furry Walking, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Service.

1. What Furry Walking Does

Furry Walking is a dog-focused mobile app that helps users track walks, discover dog-friendly parks, connect with other dog owners, follow users, view walk activity, chat, and coordinate dog walking requests.

Furry Walking is not an emergency service, veterinary service, animal welfare authority, professional dog walking agency, or insurance provider.

2. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Furry Walking on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal use and in accordance with this Agreement and applicable App Store rules.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at info@furrywalking.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, misuse the Service, or create risk for other users, dogs, or the platform.

4. User Content

Furry Walking may allow you to create, upload, post, share, or transmit content, including profile information, dog profiles, dog photos, walk data, routes, messages, likes, comments, and other app activity (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, transmit, and use your User Content as needed to operate, maintain, moderate, and improve Furry Walking.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. Do not upload or share content unless you have the right to do so.

5. Public and Social Features

Furry Walking includes social features such as profiles, dogs, followers, feed activity, walk visibility, likes, chat, and dog walking requests.

Depending on your privacy settings and how you use the App, other users may see information such as your profile, dog profiles, photos, walks, routes, likes, follower relationships, and dog walking request-related activity.

You are responsible for what you choose to share publicly or with other users.

6. Dog Walking Requests and Real-World Interactions

Furry Walking may allow users to create, accept, discuss, and complete dog walking requests.

Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to meet, exchange dogs, accept a request, complete a walk, or interact with another user in person. You should use your own judgment, verify details, communicate clearly, and take reasonable safety precautions.

Furry Walking does not guarantee the identity, reliability, skill, insurance coverage, availability, or conduct of any user, dog owner, or dog walker.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Furry Walking is a coordination tool and does not employ, supervise, certify, or insure dog walkers.

7. Location and Walk Tracking

The App may use location data to track walks, show routes, calculate distances, display dog-friendly places, and support app functionality.

Location tracking depends on your device settings, permissions, network conditions, GPS accuracy, and battery state. We do not guarantee that location, distance, route, or timing data will always be accurate or available.

You are responsible for using location and walk tracking features safely and lawfully.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Furry Walking for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users
• Upload objectionable, defamatory, discriminatory, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Share content that infringes another person’s rights
• Misrepresent your identity, dogs, services, availability, or intentions
• Use the App to endanger animals, people, property, or public safety
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App or Service
• Interfere with servers, APIs, security systems, or other users’ access
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without our permission
• Use Furry Walking in a way that violates applicable law or App Store rules

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or hide User Content if we believe it violates this Agreement, applicable law, platform rules, or user safety standards.

We may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access to features, or take other appropriate action if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service.

We are not required to monitor all content or interactions, but we reserve the right to do so where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

Furry Walking, including the App, website, design, branding, software, code, logos, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or Service except as permitted by this Agreement or applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Furry Walking may rely on third-party services, including app stores, hosting providers, maps, analytics, crash reporting, push notification services, email providers, or other infrastructure providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

12. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Furry Walking at any time.

We do not guarantee that the App or Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

13. No Warranties

Furry Walking is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations, that dog walking requests will be completed, that users will behave appropriately, or that walk/location data will be accurate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, personal injury, property damage, animal injury, failed dog walking arrangements, user disputes, or real-world interactions between users.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Furry Walking, your User Content, your interactions with other users, your dog walking arrangements, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Termination

You may stop using Furry Walking at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Service if you violate this Agreement, create risk for users or the platform, or if we discontinue the Service.

After termination, the license granted to you under this Agreement ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

18. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Furry Walking from the Apple App Store, you also agree to comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store rules.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Furry Walking. To the extent required by Apple’s terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

19. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice in the App or on the website.

Your continued use of Furry Walking after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.

20. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
